I watched one a while back. It depends what they actually discuss, and who are the 'experts'. I've registered. If it seems no good, I can always log off!

I find such things are more likely to send me to sleep than a bottle of red wine and placing my head on a pillow... :-)

Or become so irritating I snap and switch off.
