Looking at previous post your dose was reduced based ONLY on a TSH test?
Never agree to dose reduction without getting FULL thyroid and vitamin testing
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested
Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once to see if your hypothyroidism is autoimmune
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
And ALWAYS test early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Please add any other results and ranges
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
If, you really did need dose reduction because of high Ft3 ….or over range Ft4 ….then reduction should be SMALL
Reducing by 25mcg per day is far too much
Suggest you cut 25mcg tablets in half and take 112.5mcg per day
Retest after 6-8 weeks
