How do I find an endocrinologist who will prescribe liothyronine on the NHS?

I have requested the list twice but nothing has arrived. Also it claims to be a list of private practitioners, does it include any NHS endos?

That's odd I thought it was automated these days? Yes it includes anyone they have received feedback on so a mixed bag

The List of Private GPs and Practitioners is supposed to be automated. But I get confused what else is available.
