Hypo/Hyper Thyroidism Specialist Dr

A new post leading on from my one yesterday regarding high thyroid markers in recent blood test. Thanks to all who provided feedback, very helpful.

Would anyone be happy to recommend a specific DR, or a resource of Dr's, that are specialists in hypo/hyper thyroidism?

I will go and see my GP. But as good as they are, they are likely not a specialist in this area. And I feel strongly about seeing someone that is a specialist in any walk of life. Health being no different.

Would be great if based in the South/East Midlands, but realistically happy to travel to see a reputable specialist.

I do have BUPA too. So I will check their network of Dr's at the same time. If a specialist suggested here was on their list, then even better!

I welcome any suggestions.

Anyone planning a consult should arrange to complete a recent full set of blood test- (similar to what you have)
