Recent test results
Please share actual blood results along with reference ranges - TSH, FT4 & FT3. Also recent vitamin levels - ferritin, folate, B12 & D3.
What supplements do you take?
Having upped dosage of Levo to 100mg doctor has dropped dosage back down to 75mg vitimn D has been taken daily but doesn't seem to show..3 sprays of vitamin D B12 as S/Dragon advised..
You've posted the same results twice and there are no thyroid results showing. Can you post the other set of results?
How did you feel on 75mcg?
How long have you been on 100mcg? Why was the dose increased? And why doc suggesting decrease again?
100mcg was too much for me - FT4 went over range slightly and FT3 was high. I lost weight.
75mcg didn’t seem to be enough. I felt lethargic and had problems with tendons.
I now take an average of 85 a day by taking 5x100 and 2x50 across 7 days.
You need some blood test results as well as symptoms to see what is right for you.
Thank you for any info on these blood results..hope it's now showing on page..thank you.
Tagging Jaydee1507 so she sees you reply ( the 'alerts' are playing up a bit at the mo so she may not have seen it yet )
basically the fT4 of 24.7 is stated to be 'high' , so it's definitely over range , but since they havent given the range we don;t know how much over range it was . (some ranges are eg 12-22 ... some are 8-14 ish)
TSH of 0.09 is also below range .
so reducing dose slightly is a good idea , but rather than go back to 75mcg , i agree it would be a good idea to try 87.5mcg ( ie taking 75/ 100 alternate days, or cutting a 25mcg in half to get same dose each day if you prefer)
I don't know enough about vitamins to comment on that .
How did you take the blood test?
Time of day? When did you take last dose of Levo before the test?
87.5mcgs Levo per day would be a way forward.
B12 is quite low, especially if you are eating red meat etc
B12 - do you have symptoms of B12 deficiency? The reference range for B12 is very wide and cut off point too low. theb12society.com/signs-and...
If you do then you should discuss this with your doctor for further tests for Pernicious Anaemia.
If not, then start with a methyl B12 sublingual spray or lozenge for a week, then add a good B complex. Once you run out of the separate B12 just continue with the B complex.

I cant see a recent result for vit D there, only one from a few months back? If you've only been supplementing 3 sprays for 2 months then retest in another 2-3 months.
Your iron looks like it might be on the low side but there arent any reference ranges so hard to know for sure. Can you get reference ranges for the iron panel inparticular but also FT4 etc?
