Hi, I'm wandering is low tsh affects triglycerides highlighted in red.I'm currently taking levothyroxine 125mcg alongside x2 doses of 5mcg t3.
After having covid again, I was having heart flutters and anxiety, so reduced my t3 from 15mcg to 10mcg, feeing tired, brain fog and anxious, as well as joint aches....
So will reintroduce t3 very slowly.
Would like to know if there is a possible connection between low tsh and triglycerides, as I am not following tsh route , current tsh 0.001

Thankyou so much for your prompt reply, yes I followed pre blood draw procedure as recommended. NHS won't test fir vitamins, however I'm re introducing my 3rd dose of t3 today, but 8 hour gaps in stead of usual 6hr gap.
I have a medichecks ultra vit test so will post results in 10weeks.
TSH affects nothing except the thyroid, stimulating it to make more hormone. It also stimulates the deiodination of thyroid hormones to convert them: T4 to T3, T3 to T2 and T2 to T1. It has nothing to do with bones or hearts or triglycerides or anything else.
Have you fasted for your triglyceride test? If not, the results could be higher than if you took a fasted test.
Your high cholesterol and high triglycerides would tie in with low levels of T3. Your liver is processing lipids such as cholesterol, triglycerides and other lipids - if your thyroid hormone levels are low (and especially if T3, the active hormone, is low), your liver can not effectively metabolise these lipids and as a result your levels will rise.
If you are taking T3, your TSH will be low or even suppressed, but that is a common reaction to taking T3. Your T4 is on the low side, not sure if that is deliberate? I see you have increased your T3 intake now, which I think might be warranted to improve your T3 levels - hopefully this will improve things.
Hi, yes I fasted and thankyou for your explanation , I can see things a bit more clearly now. My tsh has been suppressed because of taking t3, I had to reduce t3 because of heart palpitations after covid. But now feel it's time to return to x3 doses daily
