Im having panic attacks. Pls help :,(

Ive been on NDT (thyriod s) for the last 10 years now and its great. Never felt better.Ive lived in Cyprus the majority of those years and it where never a problem to get the medication there (except when corona happend)

Until now ...

Ive moved back to sweden a couple of years ago and now the swedish custom stops all NDT medication from thailand to get here. They just send it back to asia.

I have only a few pills left and are having panic attacks, ive cut the dose in half just to make it last longer.

But I dont feel good at all :,( Im depressed, are shaking and having panic attacks...

Ive removed my glands fully.

I cant use the thyriod meds from the pharmacy since i merely cant move when taking them, they make me feel so bad...

I dont know what to do!? My body is so tired and i almost cant get out of bed.

Is there anybody out here that have any Suggestion to what to do?

Pls help me. Im soon totally empty on ndt... so it will only get worse.

Is NDT prescription only in Cyprus? If not, perhaps you know someone who still lives there that could buy it for you and send it on? If customs are looking for packets from Thailand, one from Cyprus might slip by unnoticed.

I live in France and use Thyroid s but it's banned here also. I send it to the UK for a friend to repack she sends it onto France. I have no thyroid either and have been taking it since 2016.

If you have someone in Cyprus you could do the same. Or the UK perhaps.

If you are fit enough, could you make the trip to the UK yourself and pick up a ‘bulk buy’ of NDT from Roseway?

Roseway is an online pharmacy. Get a phone consultation. You arrange it online. Reasonable cost. Not sure how much medication you can get on one prescription. Ask all this online perhaps even before your consultation so you know what you can ask the prescriber. Realised after replying to you I have no idea why I confidently said you could collect a bulk buy. Obviously definitely phone or ask online before you commit yourself.

I don’t take NDT so can’t help except recommend Roseway’s pharmacy. But for panic I was recently reading about inositol being very helpful at relieving anxiety. I take it to help balance blood sugar. I think it might have been Isabella Wentz, Thyroid Pharmacist writing. Her opinions are well regarded.

Saffron capsules help too

Good luck. It’s an awful situation, I take T3 only & that’s complicated enough.
