B12 levels

Hello, I'm thinking of getting my daughter checked for Hashimotis and ceoliac after I was diagnosed. She had some symptoms (fatigue, irritability, headaches) but is only 7 and a great eater!. Her ferritin is very low at only 11 (20-100) and B12 is 228 (300-600) but her active B12 is in range at 68 (above 60).

Any thoughts?
