Since I had raised blood pressure 2 years ago I always keep eye on my blood pressure now.

Just wondering having Hashimoto’s is it normal to have heart rate of 55bpm?

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Are you always getting same brand at each prescription

What vitamin supplements

ESSENTIAL to retest thyroid including Ft3 and vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Also get FULL thyroid test

Test early morning, ideally before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

I have periods during the afternoon when it will fall to 55bpm for a few mins but my normal resting HR is 60/61 (still too low really) I'm hoping it will increase as I steady my dose increase to 100mcg

My resting HR is 55. If it’s more than that I am aware of it - not in a comfortable way. My heart struggles to get heart rate up, say to walk any distance, so I experience angina.

55 (some Forumites report much lower levels) seems to be fairly common in hypothyroidism.

60-100 is considered 'normal' I find if I'm under or over replaced my heart rate drops to low 50's and I lose my va va vroom when I get it right I'm around 60

Are you talking resting heart rate? If so,, resting, feet up, my heart rate can drop to high 40s. This is when I'm taking my BP, which can still be raised even though heart rate low. Whilst active though, heart rate is in the 60s. Like others have said, I think it's common in hypos.
