Have you had blood tests recently? Can you post your latest results with ranges and that will enable people to help you.

Hi Goldengirl69 and welcome to the forum.

I see that you are in the UK. In that case you are legally entitled to your test results so your practice must provide them within 30 days of your request. Most surgeries provide them within a day or two of requesting a print out, my surgery will print them out and they're ready for collection in less than an hour.

Have you asked the receptionist, that's always better than asking the doctor, doctors don't like us knowing too much. You can always discuss with the Practice Manager.

Your practice may offer online access to test results so you could ask about that and register if they offer it then you will be able to see your results.

If you still have trouble you can make a Subject Access Request - see here:

Hello Seaside Susie . Well I've been trying for years on and off. And asking the receptionist oviously . It no help . Ridiculement so bad . It's very behind here in UK . I will try the online service .but doubt if they have it in UK . If all fails . I need do blood test for Thyroid online . So simple lol . I've been meaning to do it for years , but foggy head keeps forgetting. I will write in big red letters and put on my wall now . Thanks so much .have a great day .

Some surgeries in England do offer online access to test results, some members here have it. Not all do though and I'm in Wales and my surgery doesn't. If your surgery doesn't then remind them they are breaking the law by not giving you your results when requested, if still no joy speak to the Practice Manager and if necessary follow up with a Subject Access Request, the link I provided should tell you how to do that.

Ask receptionist first. Then follow Seaside Susie’s advice. You will need new blood tests though.
