Belated COVID

Three years free but got unlucky last month with horrible covid. Husband also. I hadn’t had latest booster, he did. Same outcome.

I’m feeling back to square one (almost). Any hints about picking up post virus please? Im supplementing igennus B and 3,000 D plus K2 spray. Is it worth testing in a few weeks? Is there any info about Covid affecting uptake of levo?

Many thanks.

Yeah, I've got it right now, too. Pretty awful.

I don't think it affects absorption of levo, but will probably affect conversion of T4 to T3, as most infections do. Don't know how that will affect your recovery because I don't take levo. I'm on T3 mono-therapy.

Get well soon. x :)

Here’s a photo of an interesting article I found about the efficacy of supplements helping with COVID or post COVID. I’m afraid you’ll have to search for it as I don’t know how to give you a link.

Echinacea seems effective. Plenty of others to try though.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hopefully here’s the photo. Don’t know what happened to other! It’s interesting reading & might help. Certainly some suggested supplements proved useless. Selenium is good apparently & that’s often suggested here, just don’t take too much.

I've got it at the moment too (caught it on holiday). Feeling lousy with it. Not quite as ill as the first time I had it, but not far off.

Oh bless you, that's a long time. I was kind of similar the first time I had it. Yesterday was day 8 for me, and I have to say I noticed a marked difference in how I felt. I also put clothes on for the first time in 8 days, instead of pyjamas!
