Sensitivity to anything around me

I want to tell you that I am very sensitive to what people say, do, to anything around me. I am using a Progesterone oil that helps me be more calm but my emotional reactions are not really changed too much. What do you think it will help?

I would look to optimise all key thyroid vitamins, as per your recent post. I found that getting B vitamins/ folate optimal definitely improved both my physical and mental health.

I also want to ask if after taking this road of gluten free and optimising vitamins level, were your thyroid levels improved, were you able to get off the medication?

~I can identify with you - it is not easy especially the world we now live in.

I do make sure I take my magnesium (oral & dermal) + range of other supplements daily especially those which don't contain fillers.

I drink water (small sips) throughout the day to remain hydrated.

I have become way more sensitive to life, what I eat + one difficult family member.

Meditate and exercise at home daily. Living with difficult a/i condition- my immunity low having been on steroids 10+ years so life confined to home in winter.

A book that did help me many years ago was: The Highly Sensitive Person by a woman author whose name I think is Eileen Ions?? Have loaned the book presently to friend - sorry I am unable to be more specific with her name. Good luck~

Hi Megan's, I feel that I started to take pills by the bucket load. This makes me think about my liver and other side effects that this might have.

~If you are sensitive to foods/supplements + more you will need to examine labels to what they contain. I empty contents of some supplements into diluted juice so that my liver + digestive system doesn't need to process capsule casing - it's a matter of doing research and putting thinking cap on . Don't give up and there is a way..........

Thank you. I usually buy supplements as clean as possible but I did not do that with dilution. I asked a naturopath once about it and he told me that I should never take the capsule off therefore I did not do it. Thank you for the tip. Yes, where there is a will, there is a way.

~No problem at all - pleasure to help.

It was my Functional Rheumatologist who told me to do this - I don't do it with all supplements only a few where I use half of capsule.
