Problems getting mercury Pharma 100 levothyroxine

Yes - they are the self-same product!

There is much confusion about the names. The big company is Advanz Pharma. And they own a subsidiary called Mercury Pharma. But which company get used varies. I think the packet still has Mercury Pharma in big letters. But some computer systems seem to list it under Advanz Pharma.
