After a period of relative calm after reding dose to 100 mcg, again having panic attacks about the most minor of things, irritability, tiredness, movement issues (slowed muscles, lack of strength). I am getting fed up with this stuff, and need to get to the bottom of it. I am increasingly thinking there is a non-thyroidal component, be it mental health of some neurological or other autoimmune issue. I do not know how to proceed anymore.

This is becoming increasingly intolerable.
Sometimes my movements are so stiff I feelt paralysed, sometimes I get scared about the most elementary things (despite fulwell being aware rationally that such worries are irrelevant), such things as neck posture when walking, etc. Regularly having daytime sleepiness, but also inability to sleep sometimes, significant weight gain despite exercising more than pre Thyroid. Brain fog, etc all still there. Vomiting up food, presence of a new neck nodule (now confirmed by a doctor). But my latest test result numbers look fine. Have inputted into SPINA-Thyr app, and my conversion is better than ever, and there are no obvious problems. What I do know is that this state is making life very difficult, and I can see no end in sight. I try my best to cope, and I am aware that due to comorbid Autism that this is a complex case that may well have a psychological component, but to get anyone to even believe the Thyroid could be involved is difficult. I just want someone to take the situation and my experiences seriously, and try to have some insight in to cause and potential treatment.
TSH: 2.1 (0.27-4.2)
Free T3: 5.4 (3.1-6.8)
Free T4 16.4 (12-22)
These results are what you posted when on 100mcgs Levo. They translate to:
Free T4 (fT4) 16.4 pmol/L (12 - 22) 44.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 5.4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 62.2%
How are you taking your Levo? Is it always on an empty stomach, an hour before anything other than water? Bedtime also works well for absorption.
To me these results point towards needing an increase due to low FT4 and TSH higher than 1.
What supplements are you taking?
What are your latest results for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?
What sleep issues are you struggling with?
As per advice in a previous post, healthunlocked.com/thyroidu..., I would share your key vitamin results with us, as these may not be optimal.
For me, CBT really helped with the high ‘health anxiety’ I experienced when thyroid medication/ key thyroid vitamins were not optimal. However, I fully understand that this form of therapy does not suit everyone.
Has your GP offered you any support regarding therapy to help with anxiety? I know you previously suspected OCD and GAD. The incidence of these can be higher in those with an Autism diagnosis, so I would urge you to explore support options / talking therapy etc.
