Levothyroxine dose increase, advice please

hello some advise regarding increase in my levo dose would be much appreciated. My last Tsh test in February was 2.15 (0.35-4.94) unfortunately no t4 or t3 Test. No vitamin test, but my iron levels reduced back into the normal range from being slightly over range. I am currently on 75 levo, haven't been feeling well for a while and my gp agreed to a 25 increase, but she was worried I might go to far the other way. We did agreed since I had hyperthyroidism before I am well aware of the symptoms and I can stop or reduce dose if I start having those symptoms again.

Do you think 25 is too much and should I start lower at 12.5 or take 25 and change if I start feeling worse?

Many thanks

Andrea

With your TSH, you have plenty of room to go straight to 100mcg. Equally, you could go lower to 87.5mcg if your medicine allows.
