Do You Know If….

This is a long shot, I’m hypo as well as B12D. I have just sent off for the free info from Thyroiduk on their list of doctors and consultants who have expertise in Thyroid related disease. Does anyone know if any on the list will knowledgeable about B12D? Thanks.

Don’t think it will state if the doctor is knowledgeable about B12.

Most endocrinologists are specialists in diabetes, less are knowledgable about thyroid. The list is a guide of private practitioners & not a recommendation or guaranteed you will be treated with better understanding.

B12 deficiency is treated by haematology I believe.

You could post again specifically asking if anyone has experience of a good endo with knowledge of thyroid & treatment of B12 deficiency they are willing to recommend.
