I’ve done this once but I can’t remember how I did it. Could someone please prompt? I want to return to taking my levo at night. How do I go about it please?

Levo is a storage hormone

So you can just swap

Either just take an extra dose tonight and continue from there

Or move morning dose backwards over 2 nights

So tomorrow morning take levothyroxine around 4-5am

Next night take at bedtime

When retesting bloods

If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test

If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal

Thanks so much. I’ve taken a pic of this so I can keep it stored. I thought this condition was going to be a piece of cake but it kind of unfolds like a peculiar and baffling flower!

And just when you think you know what sort of flower it is, it changes colour!
