Can an increase in thyroxine cause an upset tummy?

I was on 100mc of thyroxine for years. My GP decided to decrease my dose to 75 without any tests or discussion. When I left a message for her to tell her I felt less well on the lower dose she said to alternate 75 and 100 for three months, then get a blood test. Results showed my dose had to go back to 100, so I started that again daily about a week ago. I've been feeling a bit wobbly, light headed and my tummy feels a bit upset. Is this possibly due to the increase of thyroxine dose, until my system becomes accustomed to it again? Thanks in advance.

inappropriate dose reduction of levothyroxine can result in low vitamin levels

When were vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin last tested

Which brand of levothyroxine is 100mcg

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine

Wursty are you back on the same brand of 100mcgm levo tablets as you were taking before the reduction? Some of us are very sensitive to the fillers in levo tablets, such as acacia powder in Teva levo, which is deadly for me.
