B12 recommendations please

My Mum's meds were recently reviewed I requested from her gp , a b12 supplement, a very moderate amount of cyanocobalamin 50 mcg daily was supplied , not fond of hearing it has a cyanide content, for the small mcg content any way, should I avoid giving it to Ma in her daily pill box? Can i purchase or suggest to her gp that I am not keen on her having this brand and what brew, would your goodselves reccomend & a starting amount please..

Suggest get her B12 drops by Nature provides and vitamin B complex by Igennus …..As these are the easiest to take

Retest levels in 6-8 weeks after increasing levothyroxine
