AMH is your egg reserve. Current scientific knowledge tells us we are born with x amount of eggs at birth. Once they are gone, they can not be replaced.

Reading between the lines of what printed this question, I would think it’s reasonable to believe that good thyroid function leads good egg reserve. That is, they may not replace the eggs but you also may not lose them before time.
