Omeprazole

I have hashimotos, taking levo and t3. Also i have had severe back pain and have a sore tummy as a result of anti inflammatories. My question is is it ok to take omeprezole whilst taking thyroid medication, i take my t3 in 3 split doses.

Im feeling nauseous, slight headache and bloated at the moment.

Forum advice is to leave at least 4 hours between taking Omeprazole and Levothyroxine , as PPI’s can decrease the absorption of thyroid medication.
