working out percentage of range

Apologies for very basic question but how does one work out the percentage in range of T3 & T4? I feel very stupid having to ask this! 😔

As I posted this a very helpful post popped up with the answer. Apologies and thanks. I did try searching before posting but obviously didn’t phrase the question correctly as nothing helpful came up. May I add here what a helpful site this is. Thanks to all.
