Could someone look at my results please

I appreciate your views on my blue horizon results. I have CFS and have been looking into my thyroid, from what I understand these results look fine for thyroid health. However I am concerned about the cortisol test result as I read it should be around 400?

I take ashwaganda but hadn’t taken any for 5 days before test. Could this be lowering my cortisol and should I stop it? I have an appointment with my GP and wonder if I should push for my cortisol to be investigated, or are these results no cause for concern?

my b12 didn’t come back but I have recently tested this and it is over 1000 as I supplement
