as mentioned previously this year my nhs legal come down hard. And publicly - won’t learn any other way. trudging home from glorious Lidl had a thought - if I’m already in why not go ALL the way in.
is anyone aware of a patient taking nhs to human rights tribunal etc over its failings to thyroid patients (or any medical genre)? Seems a shame to waste all that info.

No, but I’d love to know too as I also believe the lack of treatment options and other barriers around diagnosis is a human rights and equality breach.
it’s only the Uber rich that get the privilege of using the legal route
Somehow I doubt that generally think this group of people wouldn’t even need the legal route. Rich enough equals the means for better treatment out with the NHS which many members (who may or may not be over rich) already do.
I want to reply to this. I have given it a certain amount of thought many times. Unfortunately I just can’t today. Two things about ‘class action’. One, look at how difficult it was to get people to sign Peter Taylor’s excellent petition. Two ‘class action’ it takes years of your life (not that this isn’t stealing years of our lives). I want to encourage you and cheer you on from the couch.
