I have used marine collagen powder with no adverse affects/ no changes to my thyroid readings after 3 months of use. I tried it following a recommendation for an osteoarthritis flare.

I take marine collagen capsules because my skin is so thin, it splits very easily. But I haven't noticed it has any sort of effect on anything.
