Just trying to bump your query up a bit as you have had no replies yet.
I don’t know the answer to this BUT I rarely need to take painkillers. However if I need them I will take them and curiously they make me feel mentally better too - more relaxed. As I don’t need to take them all the time I have no idea how this would show up in testing T4. Maybe someone who has to take regular painkillers will come along and relate their experience.
I would say neither….. I take AdvilDuel every night for chronic pain from psoriatic arthritis and my FT4 levels have been steady.
