My mum is on 75mcg Levo per day and for over 10 years she’s taken Accord.
pharmacist now claims Accord 25mcg has been discontinued in June 23. Is this correct as news to me.

No - it is not correct.
But not in the way you/they suggest! There has NEVER been a 25 microgram Accord levothyroxine product.
helvella's medicines documents (UK and Rest of the World) can be found here:
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines
helvella has created, and tries to maintain, documents containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world.
This link takes you to a page which has direct links to the documents from Dropbox and Google Drive, and QR codes to make it easy to access from phones.
The UK document contains up-to-date versions of the Summary Matrix for tablets, oral solutions and liothyronine available in the UK.

It is an imperfect document, but some idea of what dosages have been available in which brand going back to the very first levothyroxine products is in this document.

How thyroid hormone medicines changed brands/formulations/brands and dosages.
Somebody is getting confused. There never has been an Accord 25mcg.
Teva, Wockhardt and Mercury Pharma are the only UK brands that come in 25mcg tablets.
I’m pretty sure when I was on 125mcg dose and got my prescription from Boots, it was always Almus brand boxes (with Accord blister packs on the inside) for both the 100mcg and the 25mcg.
Or have I got that completely wrong? It was well over 10 years ago that I took 125mcg per day.
What’s in the Almus 25mcg packs then?
There is no Almus 25 microgram levothyroxine product!
I've attached a screenshot taken just now of the Almus website showing their products in alphabetical order. Lansoprazole before Levothyroxine, and Lisinopril after. And 50 and 100 Levothyroxine between.
Boots typically supply either Wockhardt or Advanz Mercury product when 25 microgram tablets are required.

i still get given Accord
I had Activis and query if its the same. Only get 50 in activis and Accord?
My UK medicines document (link in an earlier reply) has a history of branding for these products - I'll attach a screenshot of my document.
Yes - Accord (in the UK) is the Actavis product re-branded.
