mixed brands
have you got 100mcg tablets too?
And, if yes….which brand are they
I take those two brands to make up my dose of 75 mcg levothyroxine as it is preferable to taking Teva. No issues that I’ve noticed. I can’t comment on reactions to your higher dose but I’m sure others can comment.
Most of us only dose once a day with levothyroxine. It is, therefore, difficult to provide any useful or meaningful advice to someone who feels the need to split their dose.
I would have assumed around twelve hours between doses if taking two doses.
I do not understand why you are splitting 75:25 rather than 50:50.

By the way, you are referring to "mg" (milligrams) not "mcg" (micrograms). While we all understand, it does help to get it right - especially when talking with doctors.
I take 75mcg using those two brands. No issues here (that I know of!)
I take 3x25.mcg (Wockhardt) three days a week and 4x25mcg four days a week. So I take 100mcg four days and 75mcg three days, alternating on week days but not at the weekend.
My prescription reads 4x25mcg Levothyroxine (Wockhardt). Written like this it doesn’t guarentee Wockhardt but I’ve got the last month or so. So every month I receive four packets. At the end of the month I have a few left to build a stock as my GP thinks I take 100 every day but I found that was too much for me.
I also split my dose at the moment to see if it makes any difference to my low TSH and improves sleep. So I always take 2x25mcg in the morning and I vary the night time dose between 1x25 or 2x25.
I actually find the bedtime dose a pain because it’s harder to avoid all food and drinks (except water) for two hours before bed, and my magnesium needs to be four hours away. I’ve been thinking I might take the evening levo an hour before dinner, then take the magnesium before bed.
But unlike you I have no problems tolerating Levo and don’t react much to different dosing so I can experiment quite easily. I asked for the 4xWockhardt to avoid Teva (even though I’m ok on it) and to give myself an easy way to experiment with dosing,
