I’m hoping to do my Medichecks test in the morning. It will be about 12 months since my last Advanced Thyroid Test.
I have switched my meds to bedtime and I find this helps. However, this means it will be about 32 hours after last levo dose. Is this acceptable or will it throw the readings too far out?
Thanks.

you will get falsely low Ft4 result with 32 hours gap
But as long as you are aware just carry on
Remember to stop taking any supplements that contain biotin 3-7 days before test
Ideally timing last Levo
If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test
If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
