could anybody help me understand my recent blood test results?

Are you taking any supplements?

Terribly low folate and Vit D, aim is to get both mid range or above

High antibodies suggests you've had a flare up, could be a sign you need to cut out gluten... what is your current dose as you are a little OTT and could benefit from a small reduction... how do you feel?

My thyroxine medication is 100mg I’m not taking any supplements. Thyroxine was increased in September from 75 to 100 after a high TSH result. I was feeling quite bad with dizziness and tiredness before and just after the change in medication

Many of us take a B Complex to cover everything though your B12 is surprisingly good so you could just grab some methylfolate, think I'm right in saying you can do a loading dose of 400mcg daily for a month or so and then drop back to a maintenance dose.

With Vit D you'll want one with K2 MK7

Worth dropping back your T4 by 12.5mcg a couple of times a week

Test again in 6-8 weeks when hopefully your Vit D and Folate will have improved too
