There are no combination tablets available in the UK. (Expect special imports.)
You will have to choose levothyroxine and liothyronine tablets separately.
I suggest you avoid 10 microgram tablets as a) there is only one supplier; b) there have been issues getting hold of that company's products; c) they are very expensive.

helvella's medicines documents (UK and Rest of the World) can be found here:
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines
helvella has created, and tries to maintain, documents containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world.
This link takes you to a page which has direct links to the documents from Dropbox and Google Drive, and QR codes to make it easy to access from phones.
The UK document contains up-to-date versions of the Summary Matrix for tablets, oral solutions and liothyronine available in the UK.

You don't need a desktop to open links.
It should be straightforward to open the UK document on a phone or tablet.
I've even reorganised the document to make the page size smaller so that it is more readable on smart phones. When I tested it the other day, I opened it and viewed my phone in landscape. The file was really quite readable. And, depending on device, you can probably use your fingertips to move around, and to zoom in or out as needed. Personal experiences will, of course, depend on your device.
I don't like posting information directly on the forum. I used to do that quite a bit but found members were going back months or years and using my old posts as if they were up to date.
So I post a link which, if followed through, will take you to the current latest information.
Please try going to the UK document and let me know if you have problems.

The NHS doesn't offer any combination tablets. Likely they would offer you just Levothyroxine initially unless you get referred to an endocrinologist who could authorise the T3 as a separate tablet.
Its very individual as to what brand suits each person so really its a matter of trying different brands unless you know you are intolerant of say lactose in pills.
