Since taking Levothyroxine I haven’t had a period? Is this common? Up until taking the medication I was very regular. Does anyone have experience of this please? I have been on the medication since September.
Grateful for any advice/help.
Thank you.

Not unusual- you are in transition from your dysfunctional thyroid trying to keep you going to an external source of thyroid hormones - your levothyroxine. You are not being topped up the levothyroxine replaces the function of the thyroid (which is not functioning properly).
Looks like you have had a lot of information and links provided to help you navigate this readjustment period on your previous post (please excuse the pun - none intended 😬).
I think perhaps you need to work through the information provided . There is a lot there so take it slow, but you could also read my bio. I cover a lot of stuff, try to inject a bit of humour where I can and try to provide analogies where I can to demystify the jargon.
My Levothyroxine was 150ug - the dose that alleviated symptoms - NOT the dose to make the test results look good. 🙄
Most, if not all GPs do not understand that your symptoms are the MOST important diagnostic- tests are merely an aide (if they did but know how to use them). They should calibrate the test to the patient, not the patient to the test. This is wrong and I call it treating the lab work ( I’m not alone in this 😉).
The come back in three months is arbitrary- they don’t know how to titrate people up to a therapeutic dose using symptoms and the test as a guide.
TSH is the least reliable test. It is not a thyroid hormone and if the pituitary (where TSH is actually made) is out of sync it will never be a reliable measure.
If you have a look at my bio- just click on my face and there are some replies and posts that might be of interest as well. It all sits in my profile.
