I'm not aware of any specific interactions between thyroid medicines and ginkgo biloba products. However, ginkgo alone has the potential for several side effects/adverse reactions.
One doctor I saw recommended it, but I didn't feel anything from it, either good or bad.

I was recommended this on the Reynaulds forum, but haven’t tried it yet. Personally I’ve benefited from turmeric (with ginger & black pepper) as an anti inflammatory.
