HRT and thyroxine

Morning all, I have been stable on 175ugs of levo for about two years now and I also take HRT. In a couple of months I will be having a THR and have to stop HRT for four weeks. Does anyone know if this will affect how much levo I may need. I know you aren't medical but it would give me an idea as to if I need to see the Gp.
