Hi. I’m on a path of searching for the cause of frequent bouts of breathlessness, often accompanied with muscle pain in my buttocks and upper thigh when walking stairs or inclines, bending over, or squatting.
If you have experienced the same, or know of explanatiins of these symptoms and/or remedies, please share. A number of GPs have merely dismissed the subject(s). I’m frustrated, and want to get back to functioning as I did before they appearred, to assist weight loss and aid mobility.

Hello
Welcome to the forum 😉
I’ve read your profile Do you have any other information, eg blood results, to share ?
Please add most recent thyroid and vitamin results
What vitamin supplements are you taking
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
I have had these and other tests recently. Ar present, I’m waiting for a call back from my Functional Medicine GP with results. Time clucks by VERY slowly when in the que 😕
Im having your same issues … breathlessness and muscle fatigue thats is horrendous … I do suffer with bouts of low iron and need to get checked again… its so annoying.
All I can say is that I had all these symptoms when my T4 meds were lowered. At the time I trusted doctors to do the right thing and don't know whether the lower Levo was the only cause.
