lots of info / explanation here: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu.... suggested-thyroid-hormone-test-timing-protocols.
basically , you want to test 24hrs from last dose levo and 8 -12 hrs from last dose T3, so you will need to adjust time of your last T3 dose to give an 8-12 gap before test. Some do this by splitting the T3 dose the day before the test and taking the last half 8-12 hrs before a test the next morning . ( and remember to hide the Levo / T3 from yourself the night before ~ so you don't take it on autopilot on the morning of the test )

I'm doing some plugging of this thyroid research petition ~ (it's asking the govt to give some of the £84Million CMA fine from the price hike of Liothyronine T3 to thyroid research) .
Please consider signing and SHARING this petition if you haven't already done so .. if you have signed already THANKYOU

"Give more funding for thyroid research and patients after price hike"
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
On T3 - day before test split T3 as 3 smaller doses spread through the day 1/2 tablet waking, 1/4 tablet mid afternoon and with last 1/4 tablet 8-12 hours before test
if taking any vitamin supplements that contain biotin stop these 5-7 days before test
