Diagnose hypo 2021

Hi there does anyone have Hypo flare ups? I woke up to day and felt like I’d been hit by a bus! My energy is low and I’ve started sleeping in the daytime again! I’m wondering if I need a blood test again as I’m on 100mcg levothyroxine but may need more? My weight is currently 16 stone 😬 that’s another story!

100mcg probably not high enough for your current weight

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
