You need B12, ferritin and vitamin D tested

all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Only do private testing early Monday or Tuesday morning.

As this post has replies I will reply here. This is copied from yuor previous post:

hi ladies Just got my results back from the doctors there are a couple of things I don’t really understand if anyone could help me please I would be grateful . My TSH , serum tsh level 0.07 mu/l (0.3-5.0) below ref limit.

Serum free T4 level15.6pmol/L(7.9-16 .0

My folate level(42u3)-16.6 ugl/L (2.5-9999.0)

I take thyroxine 75 and 100 alternate days am I under medicated?

What are the things that you don't understand?

It's not enough information for anyone to make an assessment. You really need TSH, FT4 & FT3 results all together but also all of your key vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & d3.

Recommend you get a private test done if you have remaining symptoms. See link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...

There is also a new company offering walk in & mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...

Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.

Do you know if you had positive thyroid antibodies? Many with autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's benefit from a gluten free diet. A smaller percentage of those also need to remove dairy from their diet to feel well. These are intolerances and will not show up on any blood test.

You would be best to get full testing as I described before that visit so you can take the results along with you. Otherwise its a waste of your first visit.
