quick question lovely knowledgeable people. Has anyone improved their iron panel results by using Ancestral grass fed liver supplements? I know they are mega expensive so I’m asking for any comments before they buying it. I’ve tried 3 arrows before. 🙏

iron panel
I've used a few of their products but have never thought to try to raise my iron from their liver supplement. Personally, I dont think it has enough iron . To keep my iron optimal I combine iron bisglycinate (Thorne) and heme iron ( currently using 3 arrows but in the past have used Optifera) . When I want to quickly raise, 3 tablets of Optifera and 2 capsules of Thorne do the trick. I tend to back off on the dosage amount once I reach where I want to hover around on the range
Thank you very much for your reply. I just need one that is gentle on the stomach! I may look at trying the Optifera, did you try the one without folic acid? 🙏
If it helps to hear, I've been dealing with digestive issues including gastritis, h plyori, sibo , food intolerances etc since 2014. My gastritis symptoms improved around 2019 but I have a flare up hear and there. Hanks to God, I've been slowly reintroducing foods shortly after each round of herbal antimicrobials. Also use a boat load of supplements and kefir and sauerkraut to repopulate my gut.
I find both heme and iron bisglycinate to be really gentle. I was just using the regular Optifera without folic . I have to say the tablets are huge and taking 3 tablets wasnt fun. In the beginning all I could tolerate was half a pull. I found working up to 3 tablets took me about 3 weeks or so . I used a pill cutter to split it. Also relied heavily on eating lamb liver which is a God send.
What happened with Three Arrows?
Did your levels not rise?
Did you just stop when you reached a certain level?
I'm not convinced the Ancestral product will do any more than the Three Arrows product.
