Weird heat rush all over body?

Sorry for the weird question and if it seems a little out of place. I am going to get my TS levels tested on Monday to see if I have any sort of thyroid problem and I wanted to ask if anyone had these feelings that I have been having and if it may have to do with the thyroid?

I have been suspecting that I have had an overactive thyroid for some time and have waited quite a while for the test to come so I was wondering if anyone else felt these sensations or if it may have to do with my anxiety/other issues.

Anyway I will get this sudden rush of heat or like a tingling sensation across my upper body and this weird flushed feeling towards my head. But anyway I notice it mostly when the sun is out and after coming inside. I wont be wearing anything crazy in terms of clothing either other than like short sleeve shirts and joggers. Idk if that's a good way to describe it but its the best I can.

Request full thyroid (TSH, Ft4, and Ft3 and both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies) and vitamin testing via GP …..or get privately

BEFORE considering starting any vitamin supplements

Please don’t apologize - what you are feeling is quite common among those with hypothyroidism - not to say that is what you have, but again quite common among those who do.

Read all you can find on thyroid problems, and yes, try and find a Dr to help you. The operative word is try, for if you do have hypothyroidism, mainstream medical has a dismal track record in offering any relief, at best.

The good news is if you are beginning to acquire symptoms, it sounds like you are in the early stages - well within reach of healing before it gets too bad.

Dr. Christianson is a naturopath type endocrinologist who has been healing even severe cases like mine since the 70’s. Yes, he does have his own line of vitamins, minerals, etc., but he publishes reams of free studies, and information on his website. You can easily take that information to your own Dr. (Which I did) and fashion / customize your own treatment (the hard part is finding those kind of Drs.). Here is a link for Dr. Christianson: drchristianson.com/blog/can...

My advice is, again, to educate yourself sooner rather than later, and begin to scrutinize your diet / your environment, etc. What has changed recently in your life? (Along those lines). Attend one of Dr Christianson’s free Zoom meetings / sign up for his newsletter - did I mention how much he gives away for free? I was not a believer in the natural healing gurus for the longest time, no, but I bought, lock stock and barrel the main stream medical diatribe of “once auto-immune, always auto-immune”. Nay, nay. No more, for I am free after 30 years in pharmaceutical chains of inadequate / ineffective treatment.

If you do find you have a thyroid problem….save yourself, educate yourself for it is a long and muddy road - the broken medical system of thyroid treatment.

I just call them a power surge.

Ask your GP to test your progesterone and estrogen levels too.
