If people have felt an improvement due to Urtrogestan HRT they will be worried and anxious if they cannot get repeats.

That'll be the case with everyone won't it once they put it out there.... like a run the bank 🏃‍♀️

Could always swap to using as a pessary then it halves the dose if desperate...

I’ve tried other forms progesterone & this is only one that works for me. Other types seem to heighten my anxiety/ cause fast heart rate. 🤞stocks replenished asap.

Yes, stick with the same but if supplies run short you can use it the other way on alternate days to eek it out is an option
