How long since you tested vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Test vitamin D twice year and folate, ferritin, B12 at least annually

Hi, I am hypothyroid and for the last few years my thyroid antibodies have been raised between three hundred and five hundred. I have a gluten free and low dairy diet a nd all other bloods are well within range. After a bout of flu I was very achy for months just recently . I came across an article by Isabelle Wendtz (sp?) referencing an article by Joe Collins about using pancreatic hormones plus rutin and bromelain called Wobenzym to reduce thyroid antibodies.

When I tested my thyroid a month after starting Wobenzyn my antibodies were in range at a hundred for first time in years and aches gone. I bought through Naturitas in Spain. Delivery about ten days. Apparently this supplement has been used in Germany for years for elderly aches and pains you can buy it on amazon or from USA but more expensive . I have to say I have been truly amazed at the effect on my body. I hope this is helpful.
