Am wondering

I’m new to this site, so the answer to my question may be elsewhere already. Lately I have not been as consistent with the time of taking my levo (75 mg), started by travel and time changes. So, the variation can be between 6 and 8 am. Can this variation cause joint pain?

Not in my experience . I take mine when I go to the bathroom in the early hours of the morning, this can be between 3-5am, sometimes even later.

Joint pain could be low Vit D, if not recently tested it would be a good idea to do so. The Vit D Council, Vit D Society and Grassroots Health all recommend a level between 100-150nmol.
