I have attached a copy of my results below. I do not have a diagnosed thyroid problem but am trying to see if there is a link with my symptoms. I became perimenopause 2.5 years ago but in the last year the symptoms became severe with psychological and physical problems. HRT has helped but I am left with silent reflux and digestive problems along with feeling cold, brain fog and some sleep problems and periods of mild anxiety.

What time of day was this test done please? 9am or close is recommended timing as TSH is highests then.
Your antibodies were negative on this test but that doesnt rule out autoimmune thyroid disease as levels wax and wane over time.
Free T4 (fT4) 13.3 pmol/L (12 - 22) 13.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 4.14 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 28.1%
Your thyroid hormone levels are pretty low and yet your TSH is fairly reasonable.
What did the report say for your thyroid ultrasound?
Your folate level is quite low. Recommend taking an active/methyl (should say on label) B complex which contains 400mcgs folate (also B12). This B complex has all the right vitamins at a not unreasonable cost for 90 days supply. amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...
Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150. wildatlantichealth.com/vita...
