me again! Sorry. Been feeling so unwell I am just trying to get everything tested and under control.

I am about to order a 4 point adrenals test. Noticed medichecks after a year of not having them finally have them back again.

In regards to the test that day. Can I drink caffeine, take meds as normal. I am also on a steroid asthma inhayler which I am guessing I need to hold off that day?

many help would be appreciated as I do not want to mess the test up.

thank you lovely people

Regenerus is the recommended cortisol and DHEA test to use

I agree with SlowDragon.

Ranges are based on the levels of healthy people. With Medichecks two of the ranges have zero as the lower limit. If anyone did have a level of zero, they would be very far from healthy.

Also when the result says <1.5 then there is no actual result. It could be anywhere between 0 and 1.4. If it was nearer the low end the level would be good, if it was nearer the high end it would be too high.

Also, Medichecks only measures cortisol. We also need DHEA testing alongside cortisol as this helps with determining stages of adrenal fatigue if present.

this makes complete sense. I won’t order the medichecks one. Thank you so much
