Breathlessness

I started to get breathlessness when my levo was put down to 75 (low for me) but even though my dose has been raised for months (raised to 100 then 112.5 ) it hasn't resolved. The other thing I'm getting is pain in my legs when I walk too fast (I used to walk really fast and I don't have a car so I walk everywhere so I should be relatively fit). How long should it take for breathlessness to resolve if it is caused by being hypothyroid?

The last time I felt properly well I was on 150 levo but no hope of getting Dr to put it back up to that.

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

Breathlessness frequently linked to low iron/ferritin

Request GP do full iron panel test for anaemia

Joint pain ….low vitamin D

Reducing levothyroxine dose frequently causes vitamin levels to plummet
