MY tsh went down to 0.02..( indicating overactive) other test confirmed this..so .yours does seem to indicate hyperthyroidism.IWas on 125mcgms Levothyroxine for many many years for hypothyroidism so GP reduced L.thyroxine to 100mcmgs and blood test ater 2 months on reduced dose has confirmed that I've now gone back to " normal" rang for Thyroid Functions.
I wouldn't reduce it yourself without seeking advice from GP as I once did this and made myself quite ill.

If hypothyroid and already on thyroid hormone replacement a low suppressed TSH does not mean you have become hyperthyroid and is not a reason to reduce your medication if you are feeling well on this dose of Levothyroxine.,
Your medication should not be reduced on a TSH reading but on where your Free T3 and Free T4 readings sit in the ranges as these 2 vital hormones should be balanced at around a 1/4 ratio with your T4 probably sitting in the top quadrant of its range.
