being hypo and just starting to get some symptoms that are considered signs of menopause starting - hot flushes, palpitations, shortening period with some random spotting.

I'm wondering what i can do to help balance my changing sex hormone levels. but also not effect my thyroid levels.

Any advice for those been or going through it , welcome.
