spacing thyroid medication

hi can I have some advice please my son has a Puturity cyst and on replacement GHormone thyroid hydrocortisone and testosterone. He normally takes thyroid and hydrocortisone early morning 7am Was told he can take these two together as no interaction Then breakfast Growth hormone just before bedtime. I know ideally he should not have breakfast so close to taking his thyroid medication. My question is would he have to leave a four hour space between GH injection and thyroid medication if he changed to evening dosing ? It’s hard to get everything medication wise spaced out Thank you

He can take levothyroxine at bedtime

Many people find taking levothyroxine at bedtime is more convenient and possibly more effective

Levothyroxine has to be taken on empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after

thank you for your reply … can he take his thyroid medication and growth hormone injection together at night time ? Is there any contradiction with the two ?
