Was test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Are you also taking T3

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Hello thank you for responding.

I am on 125 Unithroid (50 mg I take 2 1/2 daily) and 10 mg Liothyronine daily first thing in the morning

I am feeling muscle/burning pain in between my shoulders and a little tired. I am getting forgetful and hair loss. Gain weight again always more in the breasts first. I eat and keep feeling like I am still hungry....

Test was done 7:00 am did not take my morning dose.. So 24 hours no meds

I do always get the same brand.

I take Viatmin D3 10,000 mg a day, I take B12 Shots once a month, Magnesium Vit C

Nac, and zinc

I recently loss my hearing on my right side so I am not sure with all the extra stress if things are changing for me. Sudden Hearing loss - With no reason why lost it in 5 minutes its been three months with no change.

Day before test it’s recommended to split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day and last dose T3 approx 8-12 hours before test

Ft3 result is falsely low if last dose T3 was 24 hours before test

Perhaps you are a little over medicated

Perhaps try very small reduction in levothyroxine…..eg 125mcg 4 days and 112.5mcg 3 days

You need iron and ferritin levels tested
